How the balance works
I
Fund a quarter
Choose any amount from $100 to $10,000. Most members fund one quarter at a time, sized to the plan we agreed on at intake.
II
We source against the plan
Every product on your written Sourcing Plan is charged to your balance at the retailer's posted price, plus a flat 15% concierge fee. Nothing off-plan ships without your one-tap approval.
III
Reconcile at ninety days
At the quarter close we send a one-page reconciliation: plan vs. actual, line by line. Unused balance rolls forward, or refunds in full on request — no questions.

No round-number tiers
Your intake quotes the exact amount.
We do not ask you to pick a tier. After intake we send you one precise number — your plan total, plus the flat 15% concierge fee, plus a small buffer for substitutions. Stripe receives that amount and nothing else.
Custom amounts welcome between $100 and $10,000.

Why you’ll see a stream of small charges
The plan ships line by line.
Your plan has twelve to fifteen line items. They do not all ship the same day. Each one is timed to when you are about to run out — so over ninety days you see a stream of small charges, each one a single line from the plan you already signed.

Refund policy
Your balance is yours.
Unused funded balance is fully refundable on request, in full, with no questions. Email us, and we’ll process the return to your original payment method within five business days.
